Blender

  • Import into Blender and rename the mesh
  • Adjust/Position
  • Rename Material
  • Weight Painting
  • Vertex Paint
  • Make main mesh backup
  • Create LODs
  • Export to FBX

Blender additional

  • For body armors
    • _slim version for gloves
    • _converted version for females
  • For helmets:
    • Add other meshes: caps/coifs/aventails

Editor

  • Create Material
  • Import FBX
  • Apply Material
  • Set Cloth physics
  • Test in the Editor (Model Viewer)

XML/Game

  • Create an item in-game
    • Test in game (hairs/beard/movement)
  • Document in gdocs
    • To Translation file
  • Distribute among the troops
